Note any questions or comments about your order.
Enter your phone number if you prefer me to call instead of email you.
Press submit.
Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation by email or telephone with pricing total and payment options.
Shipping to mainland US by media mail is included in the price.
Methods of payment include check , venmo or cash (in person only).
